Lance joined the group in 2022. Previously, he was an Associate Principal at Solum Partners. Prior to joining Solum, Lance was an Associate at Harvard Management Company and a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo.
Lance holds a B.S. in Agriculture and Consumer Economics from University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking and running. He and his wife can also be found cheering on their respective college or Cleveland sports teams.
