We’re proud to share that our investment in Stax received a 2026 Mid-Market Deal of the Year Honorable Mention from Mergers & Acquisitions.
Over the course of the partnership, Blue Point worked closely with management to enhance the platform and position the business for long term growth. Key initiatives included embedding advanced analytics, digital tools and AI‑enabled insights, as well as acquiring AMR International to expand Stax’s presence in the UK and strengthen its global advisory platform. Stax also significantly scaled the senior consulting team, increasing service capacity and launching several high‑value service lines while maintaining cultural continuity and strong client satisfaction.
These efforts supported the evolution of Stax into a more institutionalized, tech-enabled consulting platform aligned with the needs of private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
