DentalCare Partners is a provider of management services to full-service dental centers. DCP, which operates under the names Family Dental Centers and DentalWorks, is the exclusive service provider for over 60 dental centers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Blue Point sold DCP in 2007.

Trek Diagnostic Systems, Inc.
Trek develops and markets diagnostic testing products used to detect and identify infectious organisms and determine their susceptibility to various types, combinations and concentrations of antimicrobial agents. Trek markets its products primarily to the clinical, veterinary and pharmaceutical industries. The company is headquartered in Westlake, Ohio. Blue Point sold Trek in 2006.

LVI Services, Inc.
LVI Services is the country's largest environmental services firm specializing in the remediation of hazardous materials, such as toxic mold, asbestos and lead-based paint as well as emergency response services, nuclear facility and power plant decontamination and demolition services. The company, headquartered in New York, serves commercial, industrial, multifamily residential and governmental facilities through its more than 20 offices across the United States. Blue Point sold LVI in 2005.

Consolidated Foundries, Inc.
Consolidated Foundries is a high-quality precision casting company, specializing in highly engineered investment, sand and permanent mold castings of small- to medium-size parts. The company's production focus is geared toward low-volume, high-precision steel and aluminum parts. The majority of CFI's revenues are generated in aerospace, military and industrial markets. The company is based near Los Angeles, California. Blue Point sold CFI in 2005.

Tube City, LLC
Tube City provides the most comprehensive outsourced service solution in the industry for the scrap needs of integrated steel mills, minimills and foundries. The company performs on-site slag-processing and metal recovery services, provides a full-range of scrap management services including processing, logistics and yield optimization, and provides customers with a central resource for buying and selling raw materials at competitive prices. Tube City is headquartered in Glassport, Pennsylvania. Blue Point sold Tube City in 2004.

Hygenic Corporation
Hygenic is a leading manufacturer of natural rubber, latex and synthetic rubber products primarily serving the medical and therapy/fitness industries as well as some other industrial applications. Hygenic is headquartered in Akron, Ohio, and has a manufacturing facility in Malaysia and distribution facility in Germany. Blue Point sold Hygenic in 2004.

Pleasants Hardware Co.
Pleasants is the nation's largest independent distributor of metal and wood doors, door frames and related hardware for nonresidential construction. The company, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, has branch offices located from Maine to Texas. Blue Point sold Pleasants in 2003.

CSM Industries, Inc.
CSM was formerly the Climax Specialty Metals division of Cyprus Amax, a world leader in the production of powders and fabricated products made from molybdenum and tungsten. Such products are used in electronics, aerospace, medical, sporting goods and other applications. CSM operates plants in Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Germany and the United Kingdom. Blue Point sold CSM in 2000.
