market dynamics provide opportunities for growth through internal expansion
and strategic acquisitions. Our strategy is to focus within our regions on middle market
companies that have created leadership positions within specific markets. In addition to
exceptional management, we look for favorable underlying industry or demographic
trends, industry fragmentation and shifts in channels of distribution as indicators
that a company has the ability to continue to grow during Blue Point's ownership.
Our investment interests can be categorized into three general domains:
manufacturing, business services and value-added distribution. We have made successful

While Blue Point Capital does not limit our investment focus to defined industry
sectors, we do not focus on investments in real estate, restaurants, retail or
natural resources. We tend to avoid sectors where technology or regulatory change
