Chip Chaikin - Partner
 Prior to
joining the group in 1998, Chip was a vice president at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes
& Co., providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle-market
companies. In 2004, Chip opened Blue Point's Shanghai office. Chip previously
worked in business development for Sara Lee Corporation in Hong
Kong, as well as for Mercer Management Consulting, providing
strategic consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Chip holds a B.A. in Asian studies from Brown University and
a master's in public administration from Princeton University.
Dennis Wu - Vice President of Business Development
 Dennis
joined the group in 2006. Previously, Dennis was the Purchasing Director Asia
Pacific at Delphi Packard Electric Systems. While at Delphi, he spent more than
10 years in various assignments mainly in supply management, purchasing and quality.
Prior to joining Delphi, Dennis worked at Shanghai Printronics Circuit Board Co.
where he was a product engineer. Dennis holds a B.E. in material science from
Shanghai University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
Jack Guo - Senior Associate
 Jack joined
the group in 2005. Before joining Blue Point, Jack worked in Shanghai for Natus
Investments, a European-based private equity firm. Prior to that, Jack worked as
an associate in the Shanghai office of L.E.K. Consulting. Jack is a graduate of
Fudan University with a B.S. in applied chemistry and a minor degree in business
administration.
