Chip Chaikin - Partner

Chip has been with the group since 1998. Chip opened Blue Point’s Shanghai office, which he continues to lead, in 2004. Chip previously worked in business development for the Sara Lee Corporation in Hong Kong, as well as for Strategic Planning Associates (now part of Oliver Wyman), providing strategic consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 companies. Chip holds a B.A. in Asian studies from Brown University and a master’s degree in public administration from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. Chip has been a contributor on issues related to China investment to a number of national news organizations, including Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal and American Public Media’s national radio show Marketplace.

Chen Xiaoming - Executive Director

Xiaoming has 12 years of experience in banking, having served as an executive director and Shanghai branch manager of ABN AMRO Bank, vice president of Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Banking and general manager of China Everbright Securities’ Investment Banking Department prior to joining the group in 2008. Before 1996, Xiaoming worked at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for 4 years. Xiaoming holds bachelor and master’s degrees in engineering from Zhejiang University and a master’s degree in management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dennis Wu - Director

Dennis joined the group in 2006. Previously, Dennis was the Purchasing Director Asia Pacific at Delphi Packard Electric Systems. While at Delphi, he spent more than 10 years in various assignments mainly in supply management, purchasing and quality. Prior to joining Delphi, Dennis worked at Shanghai Printronics Circuit Board Co. where he was a product engineer. Dennis holds a B.E. in material science from Shanghai University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.

Jack Guo - Vice President

	Jack joined the group in 2005. Before joining Blue Point, Jack worked as an associate in the Shanghai office of L.E.K. Consulting. Jack is a graduate of Fudan University with a B.S. in applied chemistry and a minor degree in business administration; he is a CFA charterholder and a Certified FRM holder. Tang Wei - Associate

Tang Wei joined the group in 2010. Prior to joining Blue Point, Tang Wei worked as an associate at L.E.K. Consulting, where he specialized in strategy and M&A advisory. Before L.E.K., he worked at Shell as a management trainee. Tang Wei holds a B.E. in polymer material and engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and an M.S. in polymer chemistry and physics from Fudan University. He is a CFA charterholder.
