| Doug McGregor - Senior Advisor

Mr. McGregor is the retired President and COO of
Burlington Industries (NYSE), which he joined in June 2000 to lead the company
through its restructuring efforts. He was previously the Chairman and CEO of M.A.
Hanna Company (NYSE), where he was an executive officer for 11 years. Mr. McGregor
was a senior manager with Rockwell for 15 years, where in his final position he was
the group executive in charge of automotive and light truck components for Rockwell’s
automotive operation. He was also a manager with Ford Motor Company for 10 years. Mr.
McGregor is an experienced executive having executed many acquisitions, divestitures,
and joint ventures and has extensive international experience. He is a former director
of KeyCorp (NYSE) and is currently a director of Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE). He
earned a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Eastern Michigan
University. Mr. McGregor has worked with Blue Point since 1999 and joined as Senior
Advisor in 2003. On behalf of Blue Point, he served as Chairman of BP Metals and was
instrumental in the sale of the company in 2008; he currently serves as a director of
Alco Manufacturing and The Lion Brewery. |

| Thomas Cresante - Operating Partner

Mr. Cresante is an accomplished senior executive
who has over 30 years of experience with a variety of specialty manufacturing firms
in the automotive, aerospace and defense, explosives, technology and general
industrial industries. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Special Devices,
Inc., a global manufacturer of precision-engineered devices for the automotive,
aerospace and defense, and mining industries. Prior to Special Devices, Mr.
Cresante served as Executive Vice President and COO for Safety Components
International. His previous experience includes executive positions at Allied
Signal Automotive, TRW, and ITT Hancock. Mr. Cresante earned a B.S. in industrial
management from the University of Akron. He has worked with Blue Point since 2006
and joined as Operating Partner in 2008. On behalf of Blue Point, Mr. Cresante serves
as non-executive Chairman of the Board at Legend Brands. |

| Graham Lloyd - Operating Partner

Mr. Lloyd is the Owner and President of WCP
International LLC, which he formed in 2004 to focus on the business of turning
Working Capital into Cash. He is an international business veteran with over
30 years of experience working in eight countries across the American,
European and Asian continents. Mr. Lloyd most recently served as President of
CCL Container. His prior experience includes serving as President and CEO of
Convergent Label Technology (a former Blue Point company), President
of ICI Canada Inc. and Executive Vice President of ICI Paints North America.
Mr. Lloyd earned a B.Sc. Honors degree from the University of London and
completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has
worked with Blue Point since 2000 and joined as Operating Partner in 2008. On
behalf of Blue Point, Mr. Lloyd serves as a director of Floral Plant Growers
and Quality Synthetic Rubber. |

| Tom Pitera - Operating Partner

Mr. Pitera is an experienced
distribution executive with over 30 years of expertise running
large, complex distribution businesses that span multiple market
segments. Mr. Pitera most recently served as President at
Unisource Worldwide, a $5.3 billion distributor of printing and
imaging papers, facility supplies and equipment, and packaging
materials and equipment in North America. Prior to Unisource, Mr.
Pitera served as President of United States Distribution Operations
for Fisher Scientific. He was also President of the Industrial Electronics
Division at Pioneer Standard Electronics. His previous experience
includes executive positions at General Electric and a variety of
sales management positions at Texas Instruments. Mr. Pitera earned
a B.S.E. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.
He has worked with Blue Point since 2004 and joined as Operating
Partner in 2011. On behalf of Blue Point, Mr. Pitera serves as
a director of Cook & Boardman and The Lion Brewery. |

| Grant Beard - Operating Executive

Mr. Beard currently serves as acting
President and CEO of Constar International, a $600 million supplier of
rigid plastic packaging materials serving the global food and beverage
markets. He is leading the company’s current balance sheet and
organizational restructuring efforts. He previously served as the
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of TriMas Corporation,
a diversified industrial growth company specializing in engineered
products, for eight years. While at TriMas, the company doubled in
size to $1.2 billion in revenues and went public on the NYSE in 2007.
Mr. Beard’s previous experience includes executive positions at
HealthMedia Inc. (a venture capital project created out of the
University of Michigan’s Medical School), Echlin/Dana, Preferred
Technical Group, Oxford Investment Group, and Chrysler Corporation.
In his career, Mr. Beard has been actively involved in over 75
acquisition/divestiture projects ranging from $5 million to $1.0
billion in respective total enterprise value and has raised several
billions of dollars in financings. Mr. Beard holds an M.A. in
International Economics from the University of Detroit and both a
B.S. and M.B.A. from Miami University in finance. He is currently
a director/trustee for several organizations in the Detroit area
including T.A. Systems. On behalf of Blue Point, he serves as a
director of JTM Foods and Quality Synthetic Rubber. |

| Bill McCormick - Operating Executive

Mr. McCormick has been Merix’s Chairman
since 2007; he was Chief Executive Officer of Precision Castparts, Corp.,
a publicly traded aerospace company, from August 1994 to August 2002. He
also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors there from October
1994 to August 2003. Prior to Precision Castparts, Mr. McCormick spent 32
years at General Electric in various businesses, including GE Aircraft
Engines, Carboloy Systems, Distribution Equipment, and Industrial Electronics.
Mr. McCormick is also Chairman of EnergyConnect Group, Inc., Vice Chairman
of TECT Aerospace, on the advisory committee of Aequitas Capital & Riverlake
Partners, a director for SP Industries, Consolidated Precision Products, and
Glacier Bay and an investor in many private companies. He was named as one
of the Top 20 Business Leaders of Oregon during the period of 1985
to 2005 and regularly consults with many Universities and various business
enterprises. Mr. McCormick holds a B.S. in mathematics from the University of
Cincinnati. On behalf of Blue Point, he serves as a director of WDC Exploration. |

| Art Roth - Operating Executive

Mr. Roth is the past Chairman and CEO
of Universal Fibers, a producer of nylon and polyester fibers for the
apparel and carpeting markets, where he served through 2003. Prior to
joining Universal in 1993, Mr. Roth served as President and CEO of
Bigelow/Huega, Balta America and Lawrin Co., consecutively, from 1985 to
1993 and as a General Manager at Milliken from 1979 to 1985. Mr. Roth
earned a B.S. in engineering from West Point. He is currently engaged as
an advisor and board member to several private companies and non-profit
organizations with special interest in organizational behavior. |
