David Given - Managing Partner

Prior to joining the group in 1990, David was a shareholder, director and executive vice president of Automated Tracking Systems (Hudson, Ohio). From 1980-88, he held various positions in the Corporate Finance Department of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Robertson, Colman & Stephens in New York and San Francisco. David received a B.A. in economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School. Presently, he serves as a director of AWP and Packers Sanitation. David currently allocates his time between the Cleveland and Seattle offices.

Mark Morris - Partner

Mark joined the group in Cleveland in 1996 and relocated to the Seattle office in early 1997. Prior to joining the group, Mark spent time in a variety of groups within KeyCorp, including Structured Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Mark graduated with a B.S. in finance from Miami University and currently serves on the Miami University Farmer School of Business Finance Advisory Board. Mark serves as a director of Callison, Legend Brands and WDC Exploration.

Dave DiFranco - Principal

Prior to joining the group in 2000, Dave was a founder of a start-up company that worked with Carey International, the world's largest limousine company, to consolidate the aircraft charter industry. Dave also spent several years in middle market corporate banking at Bank One and in investment banking at McDonald Investments and Salomon Smith Barney. Dave holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College and a master’s in business administration from Vanderbilt University. He serves as a director of Callison, Legend Brands and WDC Exploration.

Charles Geiger - Associate

	Charles joined the group in 2008. Previously, Charles was an investment banking associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Duff & Phelps Securities in Chicago. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps Securities, Charles worked at Watson Wyatt Investment Consulting. Charles holds a B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Richmond.
